Ben Hooks interviews three successful black businessmen named Johnson in Chicago - George Johnson, president of the Johnson Products Company, the largest black haircare and cosmetics company in the country; Al Johnson, owner of one of the largest Cadillac dealerships in the country; and John Johnson, president of the Johnson Publishing Company, the most successful black publishers in the country. All three men explain how they started their companies and emphasize the need for hard work, commitment and a strong relationship with the local black community and national black organizations.
