- Printed on one side of 4 strips of Hosho paper backed by Kochi paper, folded accordion-style. Each strip consists of 6 sheets of each paper joined end to end.
- The ill. are col. photomechanical relief prints, printed on each strip as a continuous image covering entire outer surface of Hosho paper and often superimposed on text.
- Issued unbound, in white portfolio of paper mounted cloth, in outer portfolio of handmade paper with colored pulp design in blue and yellow, with end leaves of perforated blue paper, the pastedowns revealing a layer of yellow pulp through the perforations; decorative papers designed by the artist and produced by Jennie Frederick at the Kansas City Paperworks. In light gray and yellow cloth solander case, with double leaf mounted inside front cover containing "A brief prologue" by the artist. "Binding & boxing ... by Louise Reynolds of the Makedo Press, Kansas City, Missouri"--Colophon.
