Summary
  1. Host Marian Horosko introduces Roberto Iglesias. Iglesias speaks about the lack of knowledge in the U. S. of authentic Spanish dance; his company Ballet Theatre Español; his first company, [Roberto Iglesias] Ballet Español; his personal and professional background; various styles of dance in Spain; his transplanting of Spanish folk dance forms to the stage; the dancer, Maria Alba; his two new ballets, based on the stories of Bernarda Alba and Rashomon, respectively. In the last few minutes of the recording (tracks 28-30), he performs examples of heel and clapping rhythms with guitar accompaniment.
