Physical examination of the ankle: flexor halucis longus tendinitis (dancer's tendinitis), lateral ankle sprain, peroneal tendons, impingement syndrome, posterior impingement syndrome, gastrocnemius Achilles mechanism, Achilles tendinitis ; four most commonly missed evaluations of the foot and ankle.
