Summary

1. This conference devoted to the role of older women in the arts consists of four separate panel discussions, several speakers, and three musical performances. The last discussion, which was originally intended to focus on the psychological aspects of aging, also examines the psychological impact of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
