Referred to as the private ed., limited ed., and library ed. respectively.
  2. Library edition contains only 8 facsimiles of at least 11 extant mezzotints.
  3. Library edition with staple-bound pamphlet on Miller's mezzotints, with black-and-white photograph of 91 Remsen Street, where Henry Miller and his second wife, June, rented an apartment in 1924.
