- Nancy Mann, who performed Valse chromatique from George Balanchine's Reminiscence as an independent solo, coaches the New York City Ballet dancer, Ashley Bouder. In the interview section, she discusses learning the choreography for Valse chromatique by watching the original dancer Leda Anchutina, her overall impression of Reminiscence, and her past experiences as a dancer.
- George Balanchine created Reminiscence for his company, American Ballet. The ballet was composed of a suite of dances: Entrée, Pas d'Action, Valse chromatique, Barcarole, Canzonetta, Fragment poétique, Tarantella, solo (Saturn), Pas de trois, Finale, with the exception of Valse chromatique Balanchine's choreography has been lost.
