  1. A U. S. Air Force base at the North Pole discovers a spaceship frozen in the ice. Inadvertently, they allow its occupant to thaw out. The creature turns out to be an intelligent vegetable with a thirst for human blood. After all else fails, the Thing is destroyed by electricity. (Circulates)
