  1. In November 1999 a staged reading of an earlier version this material was presented at New York Theatre Workshop under the title Wise guys, featuring Nathan Lane and Victor Garber. A videorecording of that production is available on NCOV 2374.
  2. In fall of 2003 a revised version of this material, retitled Bounce, was staged at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. A videorecording of that production is available on NCOV 2810.
