Summary

Drake discusses his studies for graphic design, and switching his career from visual artist to lyricist and composer; his hit songs like Tico-Tico (1942), Perdido (1944), and The rickety rickshaw man (1945); his work as a producer in television; his collaborators; and the Broadway productions such as What makes Sammy run? (1964) for which he wrote music and lyrics, including his famous song A room without windows.
