Summary
  1. Beth Shapiro discusses her research on ancient DNA, humans versus indigeneous species, what we have learned, and the conclusion that humans probably did cause the extinction of the Beringian megafauna. Daniel Rubenstein picks up with the present and discusses his research on Grevy's zebras in Africa, working with the local people to gather statistics and to help create better conditions for the zebras, and his conclusion that humans do drive animals to extinction.
