- [Interview begins approximately 15 seconds into the recording.] Marian Horosko, host on the radio program World of Dance, introduces her guest Flemming Flindt; Flindt speaks about ballet in Denmark including the tradition of excellent male dancers; classes and teachers at the Royal Danish Ballet [Kongelige Danske ballet] School; his relationship, as Director of the Danish Royal Ballet, with the Director of the [Royal Danish] Opera and the Royal Danish Theatre; his sense of urgency regarding the recording of [Auguste] Bournonville's works; mime; his plans for the company after its return to Denmark; the near incompatibility of Martha Graham's work, and classical ballet.
