Track 1, 1961 (approximately 6 minutes): [Begins with ambient noise followed by announcements at Parke-Bernet Galleries in connection with the sale of a painting (Aristotle contemplating the bust of Homer) by Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn]; Peter Fingesten, as narrator on the radio program Gallery Tour on station WRVR, New York, speaks about the sale of the painting to James J. Rorimer on behalf of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and salient events in Rembrandt's life [music and announcements]. Track 2 (approximately 5 minutes): [Begins abruptly.] Marian Horosko speaks with Lucie [Bigelow] Rosen, a founder of the Caramoor Festival about humanity and the arts. Track 3 (approximately 2 minutes): [Music and Introductory remarks announcing the radio program Profiles and host Marian Horosko]; Horosko makes a commercial announcement, advertising the Capezio Fashion shop.
