  1. The 1st work is monophonic chant, a hymn; the remainder comprises sacred polyphony and lections (sung recitations for single voice) for the Office of Matins for the Feast of St. Brigit of Kildare (principally from Ms. 80, Trinity College, Dublin). The harp improvises counterpoint throughout.
