- Summary
- The authors, who are architects of a curricular path that integrates the University Extension to the formation of the students, invite the reader to reflect on some possible ways to build a socially committed university based on this disruptive and innovative experience developed by the Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda. The experience that the book invites to debate, as well as the University in which it is anchored, is part of a search committed to the construction of an emancipating university and transforming social reality, since it involves the exploration of pedagogical and epistemological strategies that contributes to stimulate the construction of new meanings and resignifications that allow to transgress, to stress, to transcend the instituted knowledge, opening the possibility to the co-production of knowledge in relation to the subjects of the territory to which the University belongs. This book constitutes a contribution to review and rethink current education from a praxis that builds new ways of being and doing higher education.
